  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee: – We take great care in packaging and shipping our plants to ensure their safe arrival. – In the unlikely event that a plant arrives dead, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. – We may request photos as proof of the plant’s condition upon arrival. – We will either offer a replacement plant or a refund for the DOA item(s), based on your preference and availability. 
  • Non-Refundable Items: – Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for plants that are in good condition upon delivery. – We also do not offer refunds on discounted or sale items, unless they are damaged or defective.
